Your character lives inside a library. They're not a librarian, assistant or janitorial... your character just lives there. Possibly homeless, possibly something else entirely. They've noticed there is something weird about the librarians at this particularly one. Your character tried to ignore it due to free lodging and no one knowing that they're there. But kids and pets keep disappearing in weird ways and you could swear you've seen roaming the library days after but something is off...

It is said that the one and only dragon master will climb the most dangerous icy mountain. From within it a dragon will hatch creating a new volcano. Plus, the one lucky person will have a dragon they'll have to tame / train. But which 'icy' mountain has been lost over thousands of years.

Now it is present day and the only people who listen to these stories are kindergarten age. There's hundreds of kid literature surrounding this myth. Your character has recently retired and decided to go trek across the mountain side.
